Whatever connection you’re sitting on you won’t be close the the one Sigbritt Löthberg in Sweden has!
She got internet access the other day, but no regular one as she is sitting on a 40 gigabits per second line!

Which means that she got a connection that is around 400 times faster than the average one, impressive isn’t it?
So the next question you might have is what ISP offers a such mind blowing connection?
Well no one does yet, it’s a test network set up mostly thanks to the fact that she is the mother to Peter Löthberg, also called as the father of Swedish internet.

With a connection of 40 gigabits per second the lady can transmit 1500 HDTV channels at the same time or download a DVD movie in about 2 seconds, that is if she finds a hard drive that can write the data that fast and of course under ultimate conditions.

If I’m not jealous, I’d be lying to you, why can’t they hook me up with a connection like that, I mean the old lady barely uses the internet, in an interview she said that she tried surfing the net but she said that it was a bit odd as she’s not used to it.
So obviously I would have been a much better candidate to test that network!

Well maybe someday a 40 gigabits per second connection will be the standard. we’ll just have to wait and see.
